1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Roll Royale ("the App"), you agree to
be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Roll Royale is a free-to-play slot-machine style scoring game for
entertainment purposes only. The App does not involve real money, real
gambling, or any wagering of real currency or items of real-world value.
Any in-game scores, rankings, or virtual items have no monetary value and
cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes.


3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you
represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions
where the minimum age for digital services is higher must meet that local
requirement.


4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access online features you must sign in via an approved OAuth provider
(Google or Apple). You are responsible for:

  - Keeping your account credentials secure
  - All activity that occurs under your account
  - Choosing a username that does not infringe on third-party rights or
    violate these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  - Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any
    unauthorised third-party software that modifies the App
  - Manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
  - Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's servers or systems
  - Use the App for any unlawful purpose


6. SCORES & LEADERBOARDS

Online scores are submitted automatically by the server at the end of each
game session. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear fraudulent
or were obtained through exploits. Leaderboard positions are provided for
entertainment and carry no monetary value.


7. VIRTUAL ITEMS & COSMETICS

Any skins, cosmetic items, or in-game unlockables are licensed to you for
use within the App only. They are not owned by you, have no real-world
monetary value, and are not transferable.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, audio, game
mechanics, source code, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Roll
Royale's developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative
works without our express written permission.


9. PRIVACY

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the App, including your
OAuth identity, chosen username, and game scores. We do not sell your
personal data to third parties. By using the App you consent to this data
processing.


10. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are
not liable for any loss of data, lost scores, or service interruptions.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll Royale's developers shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of the App.


12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after
changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the jurisdiction where the developer is based.
